What is the optimal sleep schedule?

<< < (2/2)

Twilight_Sparkle[NLR]:
look at it this way

students who stay up all night learning for their tests the next day will most likely end up failing, because the mind is running on its last legs and hasn't had time to process anything during the night

Sleep Is very important if you want to do good :)

i would suggest staying up for start of the contest but go bed at about 3am, just get some plans written down in that hour on what your going do. changing your normal sleeping pattern can be tiring and hard on yourself, trust me i know i spent an entire weekend up with only 8 hours sleep in 3days, it killed me XD

What does having to shave a lot have to do with sleep
