How can people register themselves as competitors? How will be the submission method?

Register on the forums and you're set. :)

I'm currently writing the submission page, you will be able to log in there using your forum account and submit your game during the weekend.

I've already guessed that the registration should be done by creating an account in this forum, that's why I did so. Anyway I wanted to be sure. I did not find anything about submission, though. Thanks again, Rylius.
