You have to create everything by yourself. Also the ponies :)

Does that mean we have to create fonts ourselves? Or can we just use system fonts? What about free fonts, like from dafont?

I don't think I could make my own font in 48 hours, much less make a game with it.

System fonts are alright, same goes for ones shipped with your engine.
Everything else would have to be created by you though.
