Merge devlogs and work posting into general

There is not enough content to warrant these two extra boards.

Or at least merge themselves together - there is no real difference between them except that devlogs stuff might not have been released yet.

Meh.. I like it the way it is. Maybe there'll be more on them some day. Only time will tell. But I think it's good for now the way it is :)
